Promotions at Goodrich

In this challenging time for everyone, at Goodrich Consulting LLP we are committed to protecting the progression of our people and maintaining a clear focus on our clients.  Therefore we are delighted to announce two very well deserved promotions – Richard Davies is to become a Partner and Leckie Waterhouse an Associate within this flexible firm.

Richard has formed strong client relationships at Goodrich and has achieved impressive results on various complex projects.  He is focussed on doing what is right and is determined to achieve high standards in whatever he does.

Richard is a qualified APC assessor, chartered building surveyor and experienced project manager, with both client and consultant side experience, formerly with Severn Trent and Arcadis.  He has worked across the industrial, pharmaceutical and leisure industries on projects and programmes of circa £30m to £50m.

Leckie Waterhouse, who has been promoted from Senior Project Manager to Associate, quickly became an integral member of the team with his experience and knowledge shining through on every project he has touched.

Leckie has broad experience in both public and private projects from working in the UK and abroad, including business parks (science and research and distribution & logistics warehousing), office developments, mixed use projects, urban infrastructure, education projects, data centres and leisure and retail schemes. He has worked for a range of clients, including international banks, central and local government bodies, QUANGO’s, British Airways and London Underground as well as private developers, with RLF and Capita amongst others.

Richard and Leckie bring an added strength to the management team and we wish them every success in their new roles as Goodrich continues to grow and look to the future.
