We are delighted to share with you the time-lapse footage that has been released for the completed project in Boxset, Basildon, for Wrenbridge Land.
The development completed on programme and on budget in August 2019. We acted as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors on this project that comprised of three speculatively built warehouse units. The largest unit boasts 94,191 sq ft (GEA), the second 75,284 sq ft (GEA), with the smallest at 64,004 sq ft(GEA). The Grade A units sit on a 10 acre site located to the North East of Basildon town centre, in a prominent position with direct access to the A127.
The units benefit from up to date modern amenities, including car charging points, and achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC ‘A’ rating.
